'The Consortium community supports the idea of long-term interaction and cooperation. The participants create a communication space, join their efforts and share experiences. This is an important aspect that positively affects not only interaction among colleagues from various regions, but the entire sphere of education as a whole. This workshop has served as yet another evidence of the many issues waiting to be resolved before we can build an education environment in which a student, on top of educational effects as such, would find personal happiness and well-being in the tuition process, and our participation in events like this one is a step towards that future.'

'Pedagogy is the science about the happiness of man and mankind. This has become an indisputable fact. One thing yet to find out is how to grow a generation of educators capable of guiding children towards happiness, and one more, where this road, the road to happiness, lies. Eventually, this is the central question of this workshop and ... of our entire lives.'
