Project 'Everything Is Possible!’
Since 2019, we have been supporting 'Everything Is Possible!’ Project (EVP project) that has provided job coaching and social services to over 1,000 orphanage graduates and young people with special needs in eight regions in 2022. ‘Investment to the Future’ is the key social investor of the EVP project.
EVP develops the supported employment for disadvantaged youth around Russia in cooperation with major businesses.
By 2022, the EVP project has been present in the following Russian regions: St. Petersburg, the Republic of Tatarstan, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug–Yugra, Novgorod Oblast, Krasnodar Krai, Vologda Oblast, Kaluga Oblast, and Oryol Oblast.
By 2029, the EVP project is expected to provide access to supported employment (vacancies, job coaching etc.) to disadvantaged youth in cooperation with major businesses in most parts of Russia.
Our Goals
To scale job coaching in Russia by collaborating with companies for recruitment, job coaching and corporate volunteering for young people with special needs and orphanage graduates:
- Age of candidates: 14 to 30
- Candidate profile: unemployed with insufficient employment experience (under 6 months at single workplace)
For example, in 2021 in St. Petersburg:
- 550 candidates were enrolled and trained
- 143 are working successfully
- 80% of them have special needs
- 20% of them are orphanage graduates
