The System of teacher's training
The key partner of the Personality Potential Development Program is a teacher. In order for him to be able to work in a new paradigm of education and develop personality potential in children, it is necessary, first of all, to promote the development of the personality of the teacher himself, and secondly, to provide him with advanced methods and tools for working with children. Teaching teachers is built by analogy with teaching a child: passing through the effects of the program, they understand what and how to teach children.
The management teams of educational organizations have a special role in this approach to teacher training. Managers and implementation teams that ensure changes in schools and preschool institutions enhance the impact and dissemination of changes, affecting the environment of the organization as a whole.
About the professional development program for managers, mentors and teachers
An important tool of the Personality Potential Development Program is the Advanced Training Program (ATP) in terms of training teachers to work together to create a personal-developing educational environment in educational organizations. It consists of several blocks for different target audience:

The first two modules – managerial and pedagogical, which are the core of the ATP - are needed to ensure the synchronicity of the content of teaching teachers and managers to create a personal-developing educational environment in educational organizations (LROS in EO) and the organization of work with children aimed at developing personality potential. During the training, managers will master the technology of environmental design and diagnostics of the educational environment, develop projects for the creation of LROS in the EO. Teachers and psychologists will learn the practical application of new forms of organizing classes and evaluating students, including through the use of educational and methodological materials of the Program.
The mentoring module will train specialists to support and support the implementation of the Program in the regions. The task of the mentors will be the organization and development of professional learning communities (PLC) in educational organizations, the creation of methodological laboratories, the provision of network interaction of Program participants.
Auxiliary teaching modules are also necessary for training personnel for regional professional development groups and accompanying Program participants who will be able to provide local support for projects of educational organizations to create a personal-developing educational environment.
Participation in the Program will allow educational organizations to change the educational environment, restart the professional initiative of teachers and educators; introduce new forms of work with parents, create professional learning communities motivated to work on the development of personality potential.
