The Investment in the Future Charitable Foundation has launched an international training program for five CIS countries

The Foundation has been successfully implementing its work to create a developing educational environment in institutions across Russia, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan. These innovations were also highlighted in a series of international briefs prepared by UNESCO and UNICEF, confirming the Foundation's expertise.

Launching an open online learning course is the next step in implementation of significant international cooperation initiatives. More than 200 specialists from 30+ organizations from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Belarus have registered to participate in the training: teachers and researchers from specialized universities, employees of educational development institutes, and representatives of national academies of education. Methodological solutions offered by the Foundation are based on approaches of the national pedagogical school and developments of scientists from leading Russian universities, including the Moscow State University, St. Petersburg State University, Higher School of Economics, and Moscow City Pedagogical University.

The purpose of the training is to launch and promote educational and research initiatives aimed at the social-emotional development of students within an environment that promotes personality development, health and well-being. The online training will run until April 23, 2025.

Over the two months, participants will be able to:

• learn about the key meanings of the training course, master the provided resources, and implement them in professional activities;
• familiarize themselves with the scientific concepts of personality potential development in education and fostering of an educational environment that contributes to personality development, health and well-being of students, approaches to the social-emotional development of a child, applied tools and training programs developed and tested at the international level;
• to acquire new knowledge and skills in the field of methodology and technology of training teams for the development of educational organizations.

Having mastered new knowledge and skills, specialists will be able to conduct classes more effectively and create a favorable atmosphere in children’s groups, which contributes to the well-being of every child. Upon completion of the course, participants receive a certificate of advanced training from the MCU (144 hours).

A successful completion of the curriculum will become the prologue to launching a number of international educational and research initiatives in collaboration and with the support of experts from the Foundation, MCU, and UNESCO IITE.
