Investment in the Future Charitable Foundation Has Signed a Cooperation Agreement with Fergana State University in Uzbekistan

The key event of the Foundation’s visit was the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Foundation and FSU that took place after a meeting with the FSU’s Rector, Bahodirjon Shermuhammadov. As part of the program, the Foundation’s representatives, together with experts from the Laboratory of Human Potential Development in Education at Moscow City University, conducted a series of educational events for students of psychological and pedagogical majors.

During the trip, parties carried out negotiations with the administration of the Fergana Institute for Advanced Training of Teaching Personnel. The Foundation presented innovative developments in the field of digital and financial literacy, socio-emotional development of children, and training of management and teaching staff.

To support further cooperation, several important projects will be implemented. In particular, it is planned to launch a specialized training course on social and emotional intelligence, based on the Foundation's developments, for students majoring in psychology and pedagogy. Additionally, there are plans to establish a resource center focused on personality development within the Department of Psychology at FSU, aimed at providing methodological support for both teachers and students.

Colleagues from Uzbekistan were particularly interested in the Foundation's accomplishments in promoting an inclusive educational environment. A series of consultation meetings on this topic is planned to facilitate a thorough exchange of experiences.

Representatives of the Investment in the Future Charitable Foundation also took part in the scientific and practical conference "Psychology in a Transforming World: Problems, Solutions, International Experience." The Russian Federation was also represented by the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN).

The Foundation's systematic approach to fostering international cooperation, initiated in 2023, continues to bring substantial results and create new opportunities for collaborative efforts in the education sector.
