Project presentations and debates became the final stage of the management team professional enhancement process.

Ten management teams from Kyrgyz schools and kindergartens presented their final projects. Representatives of the Foundation, MCPU and KNU acted as presentation experts. All projects were successfully debated.

Besides, during the visit, the delegation representatives held a workshop for the Jusup Balasagyn KNU students and faculty on 'Introduction to emotional intelligence. The social component of the environment' and visited T. Satylganov Gymnasium School No. 69 that participates in the personality potential development project, implemented jointly by the Foundation and KNU. The school principal and faculty gave a tour for the delegation and told about how the project was being implemented in their educational institution.

An important part of the visit was the meeting with Tolobek Abdyrakhmanov, Rector of KNU, held to discuss the outcomes of the professional enhancement program and to plan further cooperation. The next step to be taken by KNU with support from MCTTU and the Foundation will be to train teachers so that in September 2024 school and kindergarten teachers would embark on the program of creating a favorable educational environment. The meeting also resulted in understandings on expanding cooperation: launch of a new joint project aimed at the expansion of the geographic footprint and training of professionals for the coordination of joint initiatives in the area of creating a developmental education environment in the Chuisk, Issyk-Kul, Naryn, and Jalal-Abad regions of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as increasing the number of participating schools and kindergartens to at least 50.
